What you will do

• Develop, industrialize, and stabilize production-related process technologies for bonding and gluing processes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including process data acquisition, validation plans, and mind maps.
• Conduct risk analysis, feasibility studies, and provide expert input for DFMEA and PFMEA.
• Define process requirements and parameter setups for new gluing technologies and evaluate ECRs.
• Collaborate with global working groups across Germany, Romania, China, and the Americas.
• Develop process standards, equipment, and validation procedures using statistical analysis to increase system performance.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience with bonding and adhesives.
• Knowledge of product integrity and specific customer requirements.
• Proficiency with statistical and troubleshooting tools and risk analysis.
• English: Advanced level (C1) required.
