What you will do

• Analyze and implement product and machinery designs to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Propose and evaluate equipment processes within assigned areas.
• Direct the design, development, and improvement of manufacturing processes.
• Maintain regular communication with partners outside the immediate work group.
• Provide direction and leadership to a small group of technical employees.
• Monitor and evaluate expenditures for processes and equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Industrial, Electronic Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• 2+ years of professional experience.
• Must be based in or able to report to Silao, Guanajuato full-time.
• Ability to work in shifts (4x3).
• No immigration sponsorship provided.
