What you will do

• Oversee projects to ensure timely completion and track progress against implementation plans.
• Manage the entry of Bills of Materials (BOM) into the system with new part numbers.
• Handle internal and external audits to ensure compliance and quality.
• Ensure engineering changes are fully understood and correctly implemented in production.
• Estimate time and resource requirements for internal development and new launches.

Requirements

• Career background in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Engineering.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (intermediate-advanced level).
• Knowledge of SAP, CMII, and GTA.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
