What you will do

• Manage plant layout and implement improvements to material flow.
• Ensure and maintain standardized work practices across operations.
• Manage the plant's AVIX system.
• Implement projects to eliminate waste and launch cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure full compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Requirements

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools and production processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD design software.
• Expertise in problem-solving tools and ergonomics.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Experience with standardized work implementation.
