Salary: $136,000 – $170,000 Yearly

What you will do

• Define and execute long-term digital strategy aligned with corporate priorities for hirify.global Digital Studios.
• Serve as a key liaison to senior leadership, providing insights on growth opportunities and investment priorities.
• Conduct competitive intelligence, market trend analysis, and scenario planning to inform the strategic roadmap.
• Develop comprehensive business cases for investments, partnerships, and acquisitions across brands and audiences.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and Product teams to structure scalable and financially viable business models.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree from a top-tier university.
• 7+ years of professional experience (or 5+ years with an MBA).
• 2+ years of post-MBA or equivalent experience in management consulting, investment banking, or in-house strategy.
• Proven strategic thinking and complex problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience within the digital gaming industry.
• Must be based in or able to work from El Segundo, California.
