What you will do

• Own topline revenue forecasts across paid acquisition, organic, lifecycle/CRM, and partnerships.
• Develop and evolve cohort-based revenue models connecting growth inputs (spend, CAC, conversion) to outputs (LTV, retention).
• Set marketing channel targets and optimize spend mix allocation in collaboration with Data Science.
• Conduct weekly and monthly revenue variance analysis to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
• Partner with data teams to automate and improve spend models.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in investment banking, private/growth equity, or an equivalent role within a marketing organization.
• Deep proficiency in unit economic KPIs, including LTV, payback periods, and retention cohorts.
• Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL or AI-assisted coding for independent data analysis.
• Proven ability to translate financial insights into strategic business recommendations.
