Salary: $220,000 – $250,000 OTE

What you will do

• Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in partnership with Account Executives.
• Lead technical discovery regarding customer architecture, telemetry sources, and operational pain points.
• Design and deliver tailored demonstrations that connect platform capabilities to real customer use cases.
• Manage the full lifecycle of technical evaluations and Proof of Concepts (POCs) from scoping to validation.
• Perform hands-on deployment, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting in customer environments.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to relay field feedback and improve the product.

Requirements

• 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, DevOps, or SRE.
• Strong expertise in observability, including logs, metrics, traces, APM, and infrastructure monitoring.
• Practical experience with cloud-native environments, Kubernetes, and distributed systems.
• Coding or scripting proficiency in Python, Go, Java, JavaScript, or Bash.
• Ability to translate complex technical value into business impact for executive audiences.
• Must be located within the US Eastern Time Zone (EST/EDT).

Nice to have

• Experience with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and Docker.
• Knowledge of SIEM, security monitoring, or Real User Monitoring (RUM).
• Experience with Terraform, Helm, and CI/CD workflows.
