What you will do

• Optimize quality through yield improvement and defect reduction initiatives.
• Lead coordination between engineering, production, and device organizations in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Execute fab-to-fab standardization and benchmarking for tool matching, scrap reduction, and throughput improvement.
• Manage new part and technology introductions, including tool installation and startup qualifications.
• Implement Six-Sigma statistical process control (SPC) methods to ensure process stability.
• Troubleshoot advanced complex issues and optimize sampling and data interpretation.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, or Materials Science).
• 5-10 years of experience in related semiconductor manufacturing fields.
• Expertise in one or more metrology methods: CDSEM, Overlay, Film thickness, or Sheet Resistance metrology.
• Strong knowledge of process control, sampling optimization, and statistical data analysis.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with worldwide partners and users.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
