What you will do

• Perform in-process inspections of parts and assemblies at defined manufacturing stages.
• Verify product conformance to drawings, specifications, control plans, and work instructions.
• Utilize measurement equipment including calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
• Record inspection results in SPC charts and electronic quality systems.
• Identify and escalate nonconforming materials and support containment actions.
• Assist with root cause investigations and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in manufacturing quality or inspection.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or technical certification preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Basic understanding of statistical process control (SPC).
• Proficiency with Excel and ERP/MES quality systems.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or AS9100 standards.
