What you will do

• Execute fabrication, metrology, and final QC/testing for current and next-gen integrated QPU chips.
• Operate clean room tools including metal deposition, lithography, and etch systems.
• Monitor tool and process health using statistical process control (SPC) and design of experiment (DOE) routines.
• Conduct failure analysis on devices to determine root causes and implement fixes.
• Design and execute experiments to improve device quality and process fidelity.
• Assist in the installation and qualification of tools for a new in-house fabrication facility.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in the semiconductor or related fabrication industry.
• Proven experience working in clean room environments in production settings.
• Proficiency with standard fabrication steps like wet/dry etch, metal deposition, and optical lithography.
• Experience with standard metrology tools such as SEM, AFM, and profilometers.
• Ability to execute complex processes with high precision and minimal operator variation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work within an interdisciplinary team.
