What you will do

  • Map out design solutions for complex user problems within collaborative product, design, and engineering teams.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and detailed specifications.
  • Conduct user research to better understand customer needs and improve the overall user experience.
  • Develop reusable assets, including UI libraries, icons, illustrations, and infographics.
  • Inject personality and polish into the product to set a high standard for user experiences.
  • Collaborate with marketing and partnerships teams to drive business outcomes through design.

Requirements

  • Qualification in user-centric design or relevant experience in a design-focused role.
  • Strong portfolio with examples of customer-facing products.
  • Proficiency with modern web design tools (e.g., Figma) and an opinion on using AI in design.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with an understanding of the commercial reasons behind product decisions.
  • Self-starter capable of solving problems in ambiguous environments.
