What you will do

• Envision payment features for the hirify.global Dashboard and end-user surfaces.
• Produce, test, and iterate on high-quality designs to solve user pain points and workflows.
• Partner with product, engineering, and marketing to define the "north star" product experience.
• Create high-fidelity prototypes for user research testing and internal communication.
• Conduct UXR to validate design decisions before shipping.
• Collaborate with design systems teams to improve page templates and components.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant design experience at a product-driven tech company.
• Strong design craft demonstrated through a professional portfolio.
• Proven skills in high-fidelity prototyping.
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Location: Must be based in Toronto
