Location: Hybrid (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays on-site in downtown Toronto, Canada)
Salary: $140,000 - $150,000

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end design of sophisticated, workflow-heavy DSP experiences from discovery through execution.
- Translate complex business and technical requirements into intuitive, high-impact user experiences.
- Mentor and support a small team of Product Designers, leading critiques and collaborative discussions.
- Own and evolve the design system, establishing scalable patterns and shared component libraries.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to influence product direction and roadmap.
Requirements
- Experience leading or mentoring Product Designers within a product-led environment.
- Deep expertise designing complex B2B SaaS or enterprise products, specifically in data-intensive environments.
- High proficiency in Figma and experience building scalable design systems.
- Strong skills in interaction design, information architecture, and UX systems thinking.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid from the downtown Toronto office on specified days.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI-supported workflows.
- Knowledge of prototyping tools or front-end technologies.
