What you will do

• Perform corrective, preventive, and emergency maintenance on Power Electronics (HEC, HEM) and various inverters (SMA, Ingecon).
• Maintain and operate DC combiner boxes and various tracker systems including ATI, NexTracker, and First Solar.
• Execute high, medium, and low voltage switching operations.
• Ensure all field work complies with strict environmental and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with work crews or operate independently to maintain power facility stability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a PV O&M solar technician.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify requirement).
• 2-year technical degree or equivalent Journeyman qualifications (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of electrical/mechanical fundamentals and control circuits.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and understanding).
