What you will do

  • Review SEC filings and proxy statements of publicly traded companies to ensure data integrity of executive compensation programs.
  • Evaluate the accuracy of client voting policy applications and prepare detailed summaries of results.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert to develop and refine clients' policies and methodologies.
  • Communicate compensation policies, methodologies, and analytical outcomes to clients and company representatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to produce and promote thought leadership.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative assessments using analytical tools and data models.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in executive compensation or corporate governance.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with North American executive compensation issues and governance norms.
  • Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in reading comprehension and compensation-related modeling.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
