What you will do

• Manage technology stacks in AWS and on-prem data centers using Red Hat Linux and various open source tools.
• Support multiple development teams working with Java-based applications and microservices architectures.
• Ensure the reliability, uptime, and performance of websites and supporting infrastructure.
• Implement and test Disaster Recovery plans to ensure high availability.
• Collaborate with Architecture review boards and Solution Architects on viable implementations.
• Act as a technical leader and mentor for other team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a multi-faceted DevOps engineer in cloud and on-prem environments.
• Expertise in site reliability engineering (SRE) and Linux web administration.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, Bitbucket, Team City, Artifactory, and Maven/Gradle.
• Experience with Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes or Docker Swarm.
• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and AWS services (EKS, EC2, VPC, CloudFront).
• Experience with scripting in Bash, Perl, or Python.
