What you will do

• Deploy and maintain Kubernetes environments using EKS and RKE.
• Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform and Ansible.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support software integration and deployment.
• Integrate security and static code analysis tools into DevOps pipelines.
• Collaborate with software and systems engineers to automate testing and documentation workflows.
• Monitor deployed applications and infrastructure to ensure the reliability of the PUMA missile warning system.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship and active TS/SCI security clearance with CI polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (experience may substitute).
• 3+ years of relevant DevOps, infrastructure, or platform engineering experience.
• Proficiency with Git and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab.
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, and Linux systems (RedHat or Amazon Linux).
• Experience with containerization, Kubernetes, and AWS cloud environments.

Nice to have

• Security+ or similar IAT level 2 certification.
• Experience with Helm charts and Kubernetes application packaging.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Exposure to static analysis tools like Fortify or SonarQube.
• Knowledge of web services and SQL databases.
