What you will do
- Partner with sales leadership to identify revenue drivers, performance trends, and growth opportunities.
- Design and implement standardized forecasting processes and operating rhythms for pipeline reviews.
- Analyze seller performance to improve retention, productivity, and conversion rates.
- Translate high-level business goals into measurable frontline KPIs.
- Synthesize complex data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders to drive alignment.
- Collaborate with Operations to increase consistency and efficiency across the sales organization.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in sales strategy, GTM strategy, business operations, finance, or consulting.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL.
- Experience supporting B2B sales organizations and presenting insights to senior leadership.
- Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and build structure from scratch.
- Experience with AI tools for forecasting and performance reporting.
