What you will do

  • Partner with sales leadership to identify revenue drivers, performance trends, and growth opportunities.
  • Design and implement standardized forecasting processes and operating rhythms for pipeline reviews.
  • Analyze seller performance to improve retention, productivity, and conversion rates.
  • Translate high-level business goals into measurable frontline KPIs.
  • Synthesize complex data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders to drive alignment.
  • Collaborate with Operations to increase consistency and efficiency across the sales organization.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in sales strategy, GTM strategy, business operations, finance, or consulting.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL.
  • Experience supporting B2B sales organizations and presenting insights to senior leadership.
  • Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and build structure from scratch.
  • Experience with AI tools for forecasting and performance reporting.

Nice to have

  • Experience in marketplace, SaaS, media, or proptech industries.
  • Background in non-traditional professional paths.
