TL;DR
Sr Worldwide GTM Specialist (GenAI): Defining and deploying targeted go-to-market strategies to accelerate customer adoption of Bedrock across industry verticals with an accent on joint-GTM plans with model providers and technical evangelism. Focus on building scalable adoption programs, identifying new market opportunities, and driving production implementations for enterprise customers.
Location: Must be based in Seattle, WA or San Francisco, CA (USA)
Salary: $147,900 – $220,200

What you will do
- Define and execute the global GTM strategy for Bedrock to accelerate adoption across various industry verticals.
- Collaborate with foundation model providers to develop joint GTM plans, customer engagements, and proof-of-concepts.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives involving market sizing, opportunity pipeline building, and the creation of training content for field teams.
- Engage with customers to understand technical requirements and drive industry thought-leadership in Generative AI.
- Partner with product teams to influence the roadmap and define new features based on market needs.
- Work closely with account teams and solution architects to unblock and drive production-ready GenAI implementations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Go-To-Market (GTM), Business Development, Sales, or Consulting.
- 5+ years of experience working with Data & AI technologies, including AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, or Storage.
- 3+ years of experience in technology sales for enterprise software, cloud computing, or managed hosting services.
- Proven ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical audiences (data scientists) and C-level executives.
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at an organizational level.
- Must be based in the USA (Seattle or San Francisco).
Nice to have
- Experience building sales plays and playbooks to drive ML/AI adoption across large customer bases.
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous initiatives across Product, Marketing, and Solution Architecture teams.
- Experience teaching account teams how to effectively sell highly technical products.
- Expertise in tracking customer and market insights using objective business metrics.
