What you will do

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of approximately 10 engineers, including backend, AI/ML, and cloud specialists.
• Implement and enhance Agentic AI architectures using Strands, LangGraph, and autonomous agent patterns.
• Build and optimize RAG-based systems, enterprise knowledge engines, and multimodal LLM pipelines.
• Design and refine LLM guardrails, focusing on input/output filtering, content moderation, and hallucination reduction.
• Develop scalable microservices and AI integration layers using Python and FastAPI on AWS infrastructure.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, QA, DevOps, and CloudOps teams to deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and product development.
• Proven experience managing teams of 10+ engineers.
• Hands-on expertise with Agentic AI frameworks (Strands, LangGraph) and Amazon Bedrock.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and experience with microservices.
• Strong AWS Cloud architecture skills (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, Step Functions, ECS/EKS).
• Deep understanding of major LLM families, including Gemini, GPT, and Claude.
