What you will do

• Identify and prioritize high-impact AI/GenAI opportunities across development, testing, operations, and business functions.
• Transform the SDLC by implementing AI-assisted coding, automated testing, and intelligent DevOps/AIOps.
• Develop solution concepts, prototypes, and value cases for functional AI use cases across domains like customer experience and supply chain.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders (Engineering, Product, Business) to influence and define AI strategy.
• Define AI governance, responsible AI principles, and best practices for scalability, security, and model lifecycle management.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technology consulting.
• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML/GenAI solutions.
• Strong expertise in LLMs, prompt engineering, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or LangChain.
• Proficiency with Cloud AI platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proven experience in SDLC transformation and enterprise system design.
• Ability to work on-site in Dallas, Texas.
