What you will do

• Manage consulting engagements for prestigious Asset Managers, Private Banks, and Investor Services Providers.
• Lead projects focused on strategy, M&A integration, and the review of Target Operating Models.
• Execute digital transformation and operational benchmarking initiatives to provide clients a competitive edge.
• Drive change management and organizational evolution within financial institutions.
• Contribute to the development of the firm's internal practices and business management areas like Marketing or Recruitment.
• Mentor, coach, and lead junior team members to ensure high-quality project delivery.

Requirements

• Eligible to work in Switzerland.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in consulting or project management within leading financial institutions.
• Significant experience with blue-chip Financial Services organizations, preferably Asset or Wealth Managers.
• Experience with Target Operating Models, CRM, Portfolio/Risk management, or Middle & Back Office outsourcing.
• Strong academic background from a top-ranking business or engineering school.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of client relationship development and experience writing proposals for new projects.
