Focus on running business reviews and workshops, mapping future-state processes to ServiceNow capabilities, and supporting delivery through enhancements, configuration changes, and escalations.

What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing enterprise customers, driving satisfaction, adoption, and platform maturity.
- Run business reviews, roadmap workshops, and health checks to identify expansion opportunities and mitigate churn risk.
- Advise customers on ServiceNow best practices, relevant module capabilities, and upcoming releases aligned to business goals.
- Translate customer requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with solution architects and developers.
- Lead discovery and process design workshops; document future-state processes and map them to ServiceNow capabilities.
- Support delivery with enhancements, configuration changes, and new module roll-outs; handle escalations with cross-functional technical resolution.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform in consulting, advisory, or customer success roles.
- Proven expertise across core ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, and/or SPM.
- ITIL certification (Foundation level or higher) and ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, or higher) as a strong plus.
- Experience managing enterprise customer accounts and stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to facilitate workshops with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication and consulting skills with structured, detail-oriented problem-solving.
