ServiceNow Business Senior Consultant (ServiceNow): Own and grow relationships with enterprise customers on the ServiceNow platform, translating complex business challenges into scalable ServiceNow solutions with an accent on ITSM/ITOM/ITAM/CSM/SPM module expertise and customer advisory work. Focus on running business reviews and workshops, mapping future-state processes to ServiceNow capabilities, and supporting delivery through enhancements, configuration changes, and escalations.

Location: Geneva (Genève) or Lausanne (Switzerland)

What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing enterprise customers, driving satisfaction, adoption, and platform maturity.
  • Run business reviews, roadmap workshops, and health checks to identify expansion opportunities and mitigate churn risk.
  • Advise customers on ServiceNow best practices, relevant module capabilities, and upcoming releases aligned to business goals.
  • Translate customer requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with solution architects and developers.
  • Lead discovery and process design workshops; document future-state processes and map them to ServiceNow capabilities.
  • Support delivery with enhancements, configuration changes, and new module roll-outs; handle escalations with cross-functional technical resolution.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform in consulting, advisory, or customer success roles.
  • Proven expertise across core ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, and/or SPM.
  • ITIL certification (Foundation level or higher) and ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, or higher) as a strong plus.
  • Experience managing enterprise customer accounts and stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to facilitate workshops with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent communication and consulting skills with structured, detail-oriented problem-solving.
