What you will do

• Drive program strategy and maintain roadmaps for cross-functional activities and projects.
• Assemble project teams and lead other Project Managers in developing comprehensive program plans.
• Collaborate with Executive Sponsors and Business Owners to ensure program objectives are met.
• Monitor and report on program status, including scope, schedule, budget, and strategic alignment.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through effective status presentations.
• Adhere to and contribute to the improvement of internal project management methodologies and audit requirements.

Requirements

• Must be based in Pennsylvania.
• 1–3 years of experience in a project manager or project leadership role.
• Knowledge of the Health Care Insurance industry and operational processes.
• Experience with industry-standard software development lifecycles (SDLC).
• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Nice to have

• PMP certification or equivalent professional training.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Strong skills in negotiation, conflict resolution, and risk mitigation planning.
