Project Manager

TL;DR

Project Manager (Government Contracting): Managing the NIBIN program to automate ballistics evaluations and provide investigative leads with an accent on staff coordination and stakeholder management. Focus on overseeing employee performance, executing hiring and onboarding, and ensuring quality plan compliance.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the USA to obtain public trust clearance)

What you will do

• Plan and coordinate employee activities, schedules, and priorities.
• Lead the interview, hiring, and onboarding processes for new employees.
• Provide direct oversight and management to ensure all duties are accomplished.
• Facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders to discuss schedules and workload.
• Ensure staff have the necessary tools, training, and skills to work independently.
• Monitor and ensure staff compliance with established quality plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 6 years of recent relevant experience (8 years preferred).
• Exceptional communication and customer-facing skills.
• Proven people leadership experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.
