What you will do

• Design, train, and fine-tune ML models for payment optimization, including fraud detection and cost minimization.
• Architect optimized data pipelines and feature stores to ensure inference latency remains under 100ms.
• Develop the inference service layer using Go and Python for fault-tolerant operation under peak load.
• Build hybrid deployment architectures for cloud-native (AWS/GCP) and on-premise client environments.
• Establish a full observability stack with real-time dashboards and anomaly detection for model performance.
• Lead and mentor engineers through architecture reviews, technical planning, and CI/CD best practices.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with strong backend foundations.
• 2+ years in a Tech Lead or Staff Engineer role owning a production platform end-to-end.
• Proven track record of shipping ML/AI systems to production (beyond research/notebooks).
• Proficiency in Go (Golang) and Python for production-grade services and ML pipelines.
• Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and low-latency inference architectures.
• Knowledge of distributed systems, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).

Nice to have

• Background in payments, fintech, or high-transaction environments.
• Experience with on-premise deployment or hybrid infrastructure for enterprise clients.
