What you will do

• Design and implement scalable SFMC campaign activation and integration patterns across a diverse engineering ecosystem.
• Develop architecturally impactful components, including APIs, microservices, and data pipelines supporting SFMC.
• Drive consistency in solution design and establish reusable activation patterns to reduce one-off implementations.
• Lead DevOps initiatives, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and proactively address product stability and resilience.
• Mentor and coach engineers of varying levels, providing technical leadership and guidance on best practices.
• Collaborate with product owners to define technical roadmaps and translate customer needs into technical user stories.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering environments.
• Expertise in architecting software solutions with high availability, reliability, and security standards.
• Deep understanding of data and system integration patterns and technologies.
• Ability to articulate complex ideas and present technical documentation to high-level management.
• Must be based in the USA (based on US-specific benefit offerings and EEO compliance).
