Location: Must be based in Mountain View, US (expected to work from the office at least four days per week)

Salary: $220,800 – $331,200 per year

What you will do

• Develop and communicate the strategy and roadmap for search targeting and controls across the ad ecosystem.
• Represent the product to customers, deeply understanding their needs and championing them internally.
• Navigate ambiguity and drive alignment across engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Data Science and ML teams to leverage models for precision targeting and brand safety.
• Lead go-to-market efforts with marketing and sales to ensure adoption and measurable advertiser impact.
• Influence industry standards and internal practices to establish leadership in responsible advertising.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of experience in product/program management or software development.
• Must reside within a 50-mile commute of a designated hirify.global office in the U.S.
• Experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (design to launch).
• Proven track record of improving product metrics, growing customer base, and avoiding churn.
• Experience disrupting markets by replacing established competing products.
• 5+ years of experience developing digital advertising products, specifically on the demand/buying side.
