What you will do

• Design and perform microwave, electrical, and cryogenic measurements.
• Maintain and optimize cryogenic and measurement systems to improve performance and reliability.
• Develop and execute experiments for device characterization and validation.
• Perform data analysis to identify device performance characteristics and key contributing factors.
• Develop and maintain experiment automation and data-analysis pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide experimental feedback into development cycles.

Requirements

• M.Sc. with 2+ years of relevant experience or a PhD in physics, electrical engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with superconducting quantum devices, device physics, and measurement techniques.
• Experience in DC/RF measurements and cryogenic systems.
• Proficiency in scientific programming for instrument control, data acquisition, and automation.
• Strong written and verbal scientific communication skills.
• Must be based in New Haven, CT.
