What you will do

• Serve as the primary HRIS partner for core HCM modules including Employee Central, Compensation, and Recruiting.
• Execute system configuration updates, releases, and enhancements to ensure operational stability.
• Manage HR system integrations and data feeds using middleware or APIs.
• Lead testing activities including SIT, UAT, and regression testing for system changes.
• Perform data migration, mass uploads, and validation to maintain high data integrity.
• Support HR transformation efforts and future-state readiness, including migration preparation activities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of senior HRIS experience in large enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, including backend.
• Experience with REST APIs and system integrations.
• Ability to operate independently as a long-term contractor.
• Must reside within commutable distance to the Mississauga office.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Workday support, reporting, and migration activities.
• Experience with Python and web services.
• Experience with ServiceNow HR case management.
• Experience supporting compensation cycles or payroll integrations.
