Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Brandon, FL (Hybrid/Onsite)

What you will do
- Conduct incident triage, prioritization, and resolution coordination within ServiceNow.
- Gather and document business and system requirements from stakeholders.
- Develop and execute UAT test plans, test cases, and validation activities.
- Support SAP CRMB/IS-U customer service and billing functions.
- Create and maintain process flows, functional specifications, and interface documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues and support SDLC delivery.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience supporting enterprise business applications or technology operations.
- Hands-on experience with SAP CRMB/IS-U (Customer service, Billing, Finance, or Device management).
- Proven experience with requirements gathering, UAT, SDLC, and incident management.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
- Strong documentation and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Nice to have
- Project Coordinator or Project Management experience.
- Experience with Smartsheet.
- Background in the utility or energy industry.
- Experience with forecasting or operational planning.
