What you will do

• Conduct incident triage, prioritization, and resolution coordination within ServiceNow.
• Gather and document business and system requirements from stakeholders.
• Develop and execute UAT test plans, test cases, and validation activities.
• Support SAP CRMB/IS-U customer service and billing functions.
• Create and maintain process flows, functional specifications, and interface documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues and support SDLC delivery.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience supporting enterprise business applications or technology operations.
• Hands-on experience with SAP CRMB/IS-U (Customer service, Billing, Finance, or Device management).
• Proven experience with requirements gathering, UAT, SDLC, and incident management.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Strong documentation and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Project Coordinator or Project Management experience.
• Experience with Smartsheet.
• Background in the utility or energy industry.
• Experience with forecasting or operational planning.
