Salary: $230,000 – $300,000 + Equity

hirify.global is pioneering new AI model architectures, specifically State Space Models (SSMs), to create foundation models that learn from and interact with the world like humans.

What you will do

• Own the full accounting and FinOps scope, including AR/AP, monthly close, treasury, and payroll across all jurisdictions.
• Implement end-to-end ASC 606 revenue recognition, ensuring accuracy across evolving contract structures.
• Lead audit readiness by building necessary controls and documentation for formal audits.
• Manage tax compliance relationships for US Federal, State, and International filings.
• Administer equity via Carta, overseeing cap table accuracy, 409A valuations, and option grants.
• Evaluate and optimize the ERP and financial systems stack as company complexity increases.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of Big 4 audit experience followed by accounting leadership at a growth-stage SaaS or AI company.
• CPA required.
• Deep fluency in ASC 606 and experience owning revenue recognition end-to-end.
• Proven track record of owning at least one Big 4 audit end-to-end.
• Direct experience with Carta administration and equity operations.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in San Francisco, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling a company from Series A through Series D and beyond.
• Familiarity with AI or developer-tools business models (e.g., usage-based or consumption pricing).
• Experience implementing ERP systems such as NetSuite or Sage Intacct.
• Background in international entity structures and transfer pricing.
