What you will do

• Develop and maintain master project budgets and timelines to ensure overall project objectives and client needs are met.
• Coordinate project reports and drawing reviews across conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction phases.
• Manage the selection, contracting process, and oversight of consultants and construction teams.
• Review requisitions, change orders, and invoices to manage project costs and impacts.
• Collaborate with account managers and facility management teams to ensure high quality of service and profit.
• Ensure all work adheres to government laws, building codes, and safety regulations.

Requirements

• B.S. Degree in Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of directly related experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role.
• Minimum 5 years of professional project management experience.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a project management capacity.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Chicago, Illinois.
