Production Leader (Electrification)

Location: Onsite in Apodaca, Nuevo León, Mexico

What you will do

• Manage production across multiple lines, meeting order demand, quality, cost, productivity, and planning targets.
• Prepare annual production budgets, monitor cost performance, and implement corrective actions.
• Allocate resources across production lines with workforces of up to 200 employees per shift structure.
• Optimize high-volume and high-mix production through lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Sales, and business leaders to support order fulfillment and revenue targets.
• Lead staffing, training, employee development, safety performance, and HSE compliance across production operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related engineering field.
• 8+ years of experience as a Production Leader, Junior Production Manager, or in a similar role.
• Experience managing hourly and salaried employees, including workforces of 120 or more people.
• Experience with production schedules, deadlines, customer requests, SAP, Excel, and Power BI.
• Experience in electrical, electronics, or similar manufacturing sectors, plus Lean Six Sigma and APICS certifications.
• Advanced English proficiency, strong communication skills, leadership ability, and interpersonal skills.
