What you will do
- Lead the overall validation strategy and execution for hardware platforms, SoCs, or subsystems from bring-up to production.
- Define validation architectures and test plans aligned with industry standards such as PCIe, IEEE Ethernet, and JEDEC DDR.
- Lead post-silicon bring-up, functional validation, stress testing, and corner-case validation across PVT conditions.
- Perform root-cause analysis and corrective actions for complex issues involving SoC, PHY, firmware, and board.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for key customers through qualification and deployment.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including SoC/ASIC, PHY, Firmware/Software, and Manufacturing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in EE or CS with 15+ years of experience, or Master's/PhD with 10-12 years of experience.
- Proven experience leading post-silicon validation for complex SoCs, ASICs, or boards through multiple product cycles.
- Deep hands-on expertise in DDR (DDR4/5), HBM, PCIe, Ethernet, and SerDes technologies.
- Proficiency with lab equipment including oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and protocol analyzers.
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles such as field support or FAE for enterprise customers.
- Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law (EAR).
