What you will do

• Act as the primary technical liaison for CXone customers throughout custom deployment projects.
• Elicit and document business and system-level requirements to develop Statements of Work (SOW) for Enterprise customers.
• Design solution-oriented architectures incorporating AI and NLP technologies, including Cognigy.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering and Account Executives to scope tailored solutions during the pre-sales cycle.
• Lead the end-to-end solution life-cycle and provide best-practice consulting for cloud migrations.
• Deliver technical presentations and impact assessments to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in solution architecture.
• 3+ years of experience in consulting or direct customer engagement.
• 3+ years of experience with contact center technologies.
• Proven expertise in integration architecture and solution design.
• Familiarity with AI and NLP technologies, specifically within the CX domain.
• Must be based in Canada.
