Salary: $103,200 - $154,800

What you will do

• Provide technical and sustaining engineering support within manufacturing areas.
• Implement equipment and process modifications to improve production efficiencies, techniques, and yields.
• Lead the innovation and optimization of new manufacturing concepts and procedures for site transfer.
• Develop manufacturing processes applicable to statistical process control and measurement systems.
• Collaborate with product design and development personnel to ensure design and process compatibility.
• Ensure all manufacturing processes and procedures remain in compliance with industry regulations.

Requirements

• Baccalaureate degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, Master's with 2+ years, or a PhD.
• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization (Sponsorship is only available for Principal-level roles and above).
• Availability to work 100% onsite in Memphis, TN.

Nice to have

• Experience in medical device packaging process development.
• Lean belt certification.
• Strong experience with statistical analysis and DOE using Minitab or JMP.
• Experience with equipment qualification and process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Familiarity with SAP Centerpiece, MII, Windchill, or Agile MAP.
