What you will do

• Reduce defectivity, cycle time, and scrap while improving overall yield.
• Improve tool utilization and availability by identifying and reducing recurrent machine faults.
• Implement Six-Sigma statistical process control (SPC) methods and manage capacity modeling.
• Develop technical specifications and support various development activities.
• Lead cross-functional lean activity teams and provide training to other staff.

Requirements

• BS or MS in an engineering or science discipline.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Chandler, AZ.
• 3+ years of process engineering experience in high-volume semiconductor manufacturing.
• Experience with toolsets such as SCP9400, WS-820L, Akrion GAMA, Semitool SST/SAT, Screen 80B/80EX, or FSI Mercury.
• Proficiency in analyzing equipment performance data and troubleshooting complex process problems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for training and presenting datasets.

Nice to have

• Previous specific experience in Cleans.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing methods.
