What you will do

• Analyze OEE data to identify and mitigate downtime, cycle time losses, and quality defects.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement countermeasures using A3, PDCA, and other Lean tools.
• Facilitate cross-functional Kaizen events to improve throughput and labor efficiency.
• Standardize and document improvement processes to ensure long-term sustainability.
• Train and coach shop-floor teams on Lean concepts like 5S, Visual Management, and Flow systems.
• Align improvement initiatives with SQDC/M objectives in partnership with production leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in Lean or Continuous Improvement within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate production metrics into actionable improvements.
• Experience in high-volume automated manufacturing (EV battery, electronics, or semiconductor preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple improvement initiatives with a strong execution mindset.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration across all organizational levels.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification.
• Experience with OEE systems, MES, or equipment data platforms.
• Familiarity with SPC, control charts, and Six Sigma tools.
• Experience supporting new line launches or equipment commissioning.
