What you will do

• Develop and implement manufacturing process improvements using Lean principles.
• Perform time studies, workflow analysis, and value stream mapping to eliminate bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to optimize material flow and production layout.
• Apply Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Root Cause Analysis (5 Whys, Fishbone) to solve operational issues.
• Monitor KPIs such as cycle time, scrap rates, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Implement and maintain 5S and visual management systems across production areas.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Associate degree or technical certification in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and process documentation.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Experience with ERP/MES systems.
