TL;DR
Reputation & Campaigns Insights Manager (Corporate Affairs): Providing insights for communication strategies to enhance corporate reputation with an accent on data-driven storytelling and AI-enabled research. Location: Hybrid (Bristol or Edinburgh). Must be based in the UK and attend the office at least two days per week.
Salary: £61,344 - £68,160

What you will do
- Develop understanding of external corporate reputation drivers and perform reputational trend analysis.
- Implement new analytical approaches including AI-enabled research, social listening, and narrative testing.
- Refine measurement processes across audiences to build an accurate representation of the Group's standing.
- Shape campaign directions using data, technology, and expert judgment to challenge assumptions.
- Lead production and delivery of insight projects, including market and competitor scans.
- Provide ad hoc insights to inform senior leadership decision-making.
Requirements
- Strong data analysis and visualization skills.
- Proven experience in data storytelling to influence business decisions.
- Expertise in primary research, social listening, and secondary research techniques.
- Experience leveraging AI-enabled insight techniques like automated text analysis.
- Understanding of political, regulatory, and economic impacts on reputational strategy.
- Must be based in or be able to work from Bristol or Edinburgh (Hybrid).
Nice to have
- Experience working across multiple target audiences.
- Familiarity with Agile project management approaches.
- Experience in supplier and budget management.
