Location: Hybrid (Halifax, Bristol, Edinburgh)

Salary: £67,023 - £74,470

What you will do

  • Partner with senior management to deliver the P&P control automation journey and embed control-by-design principles.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to design and deliver automated and AI-enabled controls.
  • Execute structured deep-dives to identify and prioritize automation opportunities across end-to-end processes.
  • Analyze control efficiency using multiple data sources including MI, incidents, and KRIs.
  • Lead targeted control testing and supervise a small team delivering management tasks.
  • Provide accurate reporting on control performance and effectiveness for the P&P Risk Committee.

Requirements

  • Experience in end-to-end process mapping and optimizing control landscapes.
  • Proven track record in implementing and monitoring control strategies (Control by Design).
  • Ability to interpret complex data and develop analytical processes for performance reporting.
  • Strong influencing skills to act as a business partner across various organizational levels.
  • Expertise in crafting compliance and optimization reports.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid model from Halifax, Bristol, or Edinburgh
