What you will do

• Collaborate with Programme Leads and Specialty Brokers to elicit and document business and system requirements.
• Create detailed process maps, user journeys, and functional specifications to guide solution design.
• Act as a liaison between front-office teams, technology partners, and external vendors.
• Support the definition of UAT scenarios, execution, and defect triage.
• Contribute to change management activities, including training material preparation and readiness assessments.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within insurance or reinsurance broking.
• Strong understanding of broker front-office processes such as placement, quoting, and document production.
• Demonstrable experience producing process maps, requirements documentation, and user stories.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work closely with front-office teams.
• Strong analytical skills with a structured, methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Must be based in or able to work from London.

Nice to have

• Experience in start-up or build-out environments within financial services.
• Knowledge of Broking, Slip/Quote systems, CRM platforms, or document management tools.
