What you will do

• Define and lead research and insights objectives aligned with growth strategy and regulatory landscapes.
• Translate strategic questions from leadership into specific analytical and data requirements.
• Develop frameworks for insight generation to directly inform business decisions and measurable outcomes.
• Provide strategic recommendations for product proposition, customer engagement, and competitive positioning.
• Oversee the development of performance dashboards tracking AUM, contributions, churn, and retirement outcomes.
• Lead competitor and market intelligence analysis to identify commercial opportunities and risks.

Requirements

• Experience in Financial Services is essential.
• Deep expertise in the DC pension market.
• Proven commercial leadership experience and a degree in Research, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in growth analytics, business intelligence, and competitor analysis.
• Knowledge of behavioural science or customer research methodologies.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate data into strategic recommendations.
