What you will do

• Partner with account executives to understand requirements and architect technical solutions for mission-driven organizations.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor to beneficial deployment partners throughout their Claude adoption journey.
• Design and develop proof-of-concept applications and prototypes demonstrating Claude integration patterns for education, healthcare, research, and nonprofit use cases.
• Create and deliver technical content and demos for impact-focused audiences through scaled events.
• Guide technical architecture decisions and help partners build state-of-the-art LLM systems.
• Help organizations develop lightweight evaluation frameworks and testing suites for impact-driven use cases.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles (e.g., Customer Engineer, Sales Engineer).
• Experience working with educational institutions, healthcare organizations, research groups, or nonprofits.
• Strong programming skills with proficiency in Python and experience building production applications.
• Expertise with common LLM implementation patterns, prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and agent/retrieval frameworks.
• Proven ability to develop technical prototypes and demos for social impact use cases.
• Exceptional ability to build relationships and communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
