What you will do

• Serve as a technical partner to nonprofits and mission-driven organizations, advising on evals, agent architectures, and cost optimization.
• Provide hands-on support to partner engineering teams through pair programming and prototyping.
• Develop public goods infrastructure, including benchmarks, MCPs, and Agent Skills.
• Identify challenges unique to social impact partners and contribute findings back to product and research teams.
• Create scalable technical content, documentation, and demos to accelerate partner adoption.
• Collaborate on shaping team processes and culture during scaling.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, or technical founder.
• Production experience building LLM-powered applications, including prompting, context engineering, and evaluation frameworks.
• Proven track record of shipping products and earning trust from technical engineering teams.
• Experience working in ed-tech, healthcare, scientific research, or nonprofit organizations.
• Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
