Salary: $235,000–$300,000 per year

What you will do

• Define and execute the IT vision and strategy to improve service reliability and maturity.
• Lead and develop multi-functional IT teams across Support, Enterprise Systems, and Network/AV.
• Partner with Security and People teams to promote responsible AI adoption and Zero Trust principles.
• Manage the lifecycle of enterprise IT platforms, software assets, and vendor relationships.
• Oversee the IT operating budget, forecasting, and cost optimization.
• Ensure audit readiness for SOC 2, ISO 27001, and other data privacy requirements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in corporate IT, infrastructure, or enterprise technology.
• 5+ years of experience scaling distributed IT teams and managing other managers.
• Strong expertise in ITIL or similar service management frameworks.
• Proven track record implementing Zero Trust, MFA, and device compliance.
• Experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and SOX compliance.
• Must be based in or be able to work from the New York City office (Hybrid).
