What you will do

• Define and execute the multi-year roadmap for IT infrastructure and end-user experience.
• Lead the end-to-end migration from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace.
• Own the design and operation of corporate networks, compute, storage, and virtualization.
• Oversee the full employee technology lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
• Drive AI enablement strategy for the workforce, including deployment of enterprise AI assistants.
• Manage multi-million-dollar budgets and strategic vendor relationships.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Cambridge, MA (Hybrid).
• 12+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years at a Director level or above in a global enterprise.
• Deep operational experience with both Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace at scale.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale collaboration platform migrations.
• Experience managing global service desk operations and endpoint fleets (1,000+ devices).
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Information Systems, or Engineering; Master's/MBA preferred.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as ITIL 4, CISSP, PMP, or Google Workspace Administrator.
• Experience in regulated industries like life sciences, healthcare, or financial services.
• Experience with M&A integrations from an IT perspective.
