Salary: $135,900 - $448,300 USD

What you will do
- Take full ownership of the global network environment across data centers and cloud footprints.
- Lead the transition from "click-ops" to an engineering-driven operating model using network as code and automation.
- Build and scale a high-performance engineering team, providing mentorship and creating clear career growth pathways.
- Develop and execute a technical roadmap for config management, drift detection, and network observability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with infrastructure, software engineering, security, and SRE organizations.
- Maintain a player-coach approach, staying close to technical work while enabling the team to make independent decisions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading global teams in multi-DC, mission-critical production environments.
- Deep expertise in modern DC networking, including OSPF, EVPN, VXLAN, Cisco Nexus, and NX-OS.
- Experience in hybrid cloud environments with a specific focus on GCP workloads.
- Proven success building network automation and IaC using Ansible, Terraform, Python, Git, and CI/CD.
- Experience supporting Kubernetes, AI, and GPU workloads.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
