What you will do

• Provide first-level direct technical support to partners and customers within SLA objectives.
• Troubleshoot and analyze application-related issues via phone, chat, and web meetings.
• Analyze business and technical requirements to deliver appropriate ERP solutions.
• Educate clients on the effective use of hirify.global products.
• Document client inquiries and reported problems for R&D and Professional Services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share best practices and create Knowledge Base articles.

Requirements

• College degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, Accounting, or Finance.
• Previous experience in support at an ERP company, preferably SaaS-based.
• Technical and functional knowledge of Finance, Payroll, Construction, Credit Card, Bank Feeds, and Field Service.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting business software such as Dynamics, SAP, or Sage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of accounting principles and business practices.
