Salary: €32,200 – €54,300 EUR

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end outcomes for a portfolio of payroll and EOR products.
  • Drive customer adoption and proactively manage renewal risks.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to handle complex multi-product dependencies.
  • Identify and progress commercial opportunities in collaboration with Sales.
  • Use AI tools to draft communications, summarize meetings, and structure risk summaries.
  • Maintain high operational standards in CRM systems like Vitally and Salesforce.

Requirements

  • English: C1+ required (fluent written and spoken).
  • Proven experience in CS/AM within Payroll or HR Tech in complex B2B SaaS.
  • Strong stakeholder management and crisp written communication skills.
  • Ability to diagnose risk early and execute structured mitigation plans.
  • Experience using AI as a human-in-the-loop assistant for drafting and synthesis.
  • Ability to work asynchronously and manage time independently.
